Colors speak all languages

Throughout childhood, arts and crafts were a source of joy to Hoda. Inspired by her grandma, she started knitting and sewing from early age. The colorful threads, beads, and sequins always mesmerized her.

She attended the school of Fine Arts in Cairo, where she  studied architecture. During school time, she found herself interested in mosaics. The little colorful pieces, that created beautiful murals were fascinating to her. 

She started her creations with mosaics then got into working with glass.

A whole different world opened up for her when she was introduced to glass. This amazing material with its gorgeous colors, transparency, and the effect of light on it, caught her heart for good.

Fusing little pieces of glass and creating jewelry was the first step. Now Hoda's work includes plates, bowls, platters, wall hangings, lanterns, and a variety of decorative items. She also makes custom designs upon request.
